In response to student feedback, we are changing the format of our Chocolate Course to a 2-week Intensive…still covering most of the original content and visiting all the greatest chocolate shops in the Bay Area – but now nearly half the price (and time commitment)!
We’re accepting student enrollment until MONDAY 7/13 and we need 2-3 more aspiring chocolatiers to make this course happen! We’re happy to talk discounts and work-trade opportunities. Please spread the word widely and send any potential interest our way ASAP!
